"Saisha was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. We greatly appreciated her wonderful communication and flexibility with us. It felt like she really cared to make the perfect cake that fit our taste and style. We find many cakes to be too sweet for us, so we were having difficulty finding a cake caterer. However, Saisha was so easy to work with, willing to adapt her recipes to fit our wishes. The final result was a cake that tasted exactly like how we wanted--fresh, light, not too sweet, and "special". Since our wedding was outdoors, there were some logistical problems with our cake design. However, Saisha and our wedding planner were able to come up with a plan the week before our wedding. Thanks to that, we didn't have a thing to worry about ourselves!
